7 days a week and 365 days a year, the Excelsior restaurant is happy to welcome you on Saint-Raphael’s famous « Promenade des Bains ».
It’s a real gourmet pleasure to enjoy a meal in the restaurant room or in the shade of our beautiful full sea view terrasse. Everything invites you to spend a pleasant moment around sunny dishes, full of colour and flavour.
Depending on your wishes and the seasons, you can sit in the elegant dining room with a wide view of the sea or in the so-called brasserie room, with its warm woodwork and friendly atmosphere.

In order to offer you the best of the local cuisine, our Chef visits everyday Saint Raphael’s markets to draw inspiration.
A ritual, a real moment of pleasure. There meets the producers of the region who offer their best products. Fresh fish, sun-drenched fruits and vegs… the stalls are beautifull and colourful just like Saint Raphael and its landsapes
Back in the kitchen, he prepares sunny and tasty dishes for everybody’s pleasure. A the seasons go by, the Chef offers traditionnel French cuisine with a Provencal accent.

The dessert menu delights gourmets of all ages, with its famous pavlova, millefeuilles, and chocolate fondant… Our pastry chef adds on tasteful fruitsdeserts depending on the season. A real delight !
To marry with your lunches and dinners, the Excelsior restaurant has an extensive wine list. Local wines from Côtes de Provence, fine references from Bordeaux and Bourgogne, famous Champagne Houses for special occasions, etc. For every taste, every occasion and every budget.

Lunch : from noon to 2.30 PM
Dinner : from 7.00PM to 10.00PM
